These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AlCashBot ("the Service"), operated by Humair Ahmad. By connecting your Facebook or Instagram account to AlCashBot, you agree to these Terms.
1. What AlCashBot does
AlCashBot is a social media management tool. After you sign in with Facebook and grant permission, it lets you: publish posts, photos, and videos to the Facebook Pages and Instagram business/creator accounts you administer; view analytics and insights for those assets; and view and reply to comments on content you published through the Service. Features may change over time.
2. Eligibility and your account
- You must be able to form a binding contract and be old enough to administer a Facebook Page under Meta's terms.
- You may only connect Pages and Instagram accounts that you own or are authorized to administer.
- You are responsible for keeping your AlCashBot credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to:
- Comply with Meta's Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and Community Standards when publishing or interacting through the Service.
- Publish only content you own or have the right to share; you retain responsibility for everything you publish.
- Not use the Service for spam, harassment, deceptive behavior, or any unlawful purpose.
- Not attempt to circumvent Meta's rate limits, access controls, or review processes (for example, by misrepresenting your app or tokens).
- Not use automated replies to send unsolicited promotional messages; messaging features must follow Meta's messaging policies, including the 24-hour messaging window and applicable opt-in rules.
4. Permissions and tokens
The Service acts on Meta's platforms only with the permissions you explicitly grant during Facebook Login, and only on the assets you select. You can revoke access at any time from your Facebook settings (Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites) or by disconnecting within AlCashBot; revocation stops the Service from acting on your behalf.
5. Content and intellectual property
You retain all rights to the content you publish. By publishing through the Service you confirm you have the necessary rights. AlCashBot's software, branding, and website content remain our property and may not be copied or reverse-engineered.
6. Service availability
The Service depends on Meta's APIs and may be interrupted by platform outages, API changes, or maintenance. We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your accounts. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or Meta's policies. On termination, your tokens are revoked and your stored data is deleted per our Data Deletion page.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including content removed or accounts restricted by Meta as a result of your own publishing activity.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; the effective date above will be revised, and material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
