You are in control of your data. This page explains the three ways to have your AlCashBot data deleted.
Option 1 — Disconnect inside AlCashBot (fastest)
- Sign in to AlCashBot at alcashbot.com.
- Open Connected Accounts.
- Click Disconnect next to a Page/Instagram account to remove that connection, or use Delete my account to remove everything.
Disconnecting immediately revokes our access tokens; associated cached data is deleted from our servers.
Option 2 — Remove the app from your Facebook settings
- Go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
- Find AlCashBot and click Remove.
When you remove the app, Facebook notifies us through the official Data Deletion Request callback. We then delete your tokens, connected Page/Instagram records, scheduled posts, and cached insights, and the deletion is confirmed back to Meta with a confirmation code. You do not need to contact us separately.
Option 3 — Email us
Send a deletion request to admin@alcashbot.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my AlCashBot data". Include your Facebook profile name so we can identify your account. We will confirm by email once deletion is complete.
What is deleted
- Your AlCashBot account record (name, profile picture, email if provided).
- All encrypted Facebook/Instagram access tokens.
- Connected Page and Instagram account records.
- Posts scheduled or published through AlCashBot and their records in our database.
- Cached analytics/insights data.
What is not deleted by us
Deletion timeline
Requests are processed within 30 days; in practice, automated requests (Options 1 and 2) complete within a few days. Email requests (Option 3) are confirmed within 30 days of receipt.
